The mission of Resource Partnership is to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities by uniting employers, rehabilitation and referral agencies, and people with disabilities. Through education and outreach, we strive to ensure that every qualified individual with a disability is employed in an environment free of physical and attitudinal barriers that will allow for the greatest level of independence and success.
Since 1978, Resource Partnership has assisted more than 3,000 individuals with various disabilities find and experience success at all levels of employment and in a wide range of industries and occupations. Resource Partnership has also assisted more than 12,000 SSI/SSDI beneficiaries to manage their Social Security and other benefits while transitioning into employment.

Resource Partnership's BenePLAN program provides comprehensive benefits assessment, planning, and assistance to SSI and SSDI beneficiaries, their families and service providers in Massachusetts. Please see our BenePLAN Services page for more information.
Services for Employers
Resource Partnership assists businesses to successfully recruit and retain employees with disabilities by:
- Increasing employers' understanding of disability through our Disability Awareness training programs.
- Creating and implementing employment policies and practices that include people with disabilities.
- Identifying essential job functions and evaluating worksite accessibility.

Services for Rehabilitation Agencies
We partner with rehabilitation agencies and other organizations by providing assessment and identification of 'job ready' consumers, preparation and placement of qualified candidates into employment, post-employment follow-up, provision of up-to-date labor market and employment information, and opportunities to meet and network with businesses through the Massachusetts Business Leadership Network.
