Kathleen A. Petkauskos has been with Resource Partnership since 1994 and President of the organization since 1997. Kathleen has twenty-two years of experience in the field of vocational evaluation, rehabilitation and placement, including developing and managing a multitude of supported and competitive employment programs within private industry. Her accomplishments include securing and developing numerous business partnerships with leading companies, including partnering with Monster in the development and implementation of the Business Leadership Network in Massachusetts.
Brian Forsythe has been with Resource Partnership since 1990, having served as both a Placement and Benefits Specialist in the Northeast and Central regions of the state. Brian's background includes over 20 years of experience in special education and vocational rehabilitation. He is a certified Cornell University Benefits Specialist, licensed Rehabilitation Counselor and certified Tilting at Windmills Trainer. Brian also specializes in accessibility and accommodation assessments (buildings, property and workspaces) for both new hires and current employees. Brian has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lowell in Psychology.
Jennifer Seamans joined Resource Partnership as an Employment Specialist in January 2004. She holds a Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology with a focus in Counseling and has worked with athletes and teams nationwide to help them enhance their Mental Toughness in their respective sports. After working with Resource Partnership job seekers out of JobNet in Boston for over two years, Jennifer is now located at The Career Place in Woburn working with job seekers with various disabilities providing assistance in the areas of career development, job placement and retention services.
Barbara Lee brings a wealth of experience to her role as Employment Specialist and a certified Benefits Specialist at the Resource Partnership, a position she has held since November 2004. Barbara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University. In addition to job placement of people with disabilities, Barbara’s background includes fifteen years of experience working for a human services organization providing a variety of functions such as information and referral, and conference execution. Barbara is currently delivering job placement assistance services and benefits counseling to individuals with disabilities in the MetroWest area.
Mary Kowit joined Resource Partnership as Placement Coordinator in June, 2004. Mary holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Wheelock College and has worked in the field of human services for over 25 years. Within both non-profit and corporate settings, Mary provided consultation, assessment, and resources to employees of contracted companies around parenting, child/school age care, education, mental health, and workplace issues. As Placement Coordinator, Mary conducts intake interviews, manages consumer follow up, and performs a wide range of functions within placement services. She is responsible for management of Social Security’s Ticket-to-Work program with participating consumers.
David Silva Bilingual Benefits Specialist since 2004, located at CareerPoint in Holyoke, serving primarily Spanish speaking individuals with disabilities in Holyoke, Springfield and surrounding communities. David holds an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration and has over ten years of experience in the field of human services.
Larry Elle joined Resource Partnership as an Employment Specialist in March 2005. Larry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Psychology from the State University College in Buffalo, N.Y. He is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a published author of the Community Connections: Resources for Massachusetts Unemployed (1994 and 1998). Larry is located at the Cole Center on the grounds of the McLean Hospital in Belmont, and at Career Source Career Center in Cambridge, MA. At both sites he assists clients with psychiatric and/or physical disabilities to prepare for, find and retain employment suited to their strength and capabilities.
Natalya L. Koshnitsky joined Resource Partnership as a Marketing Coordinator in May 2005 and was soon promoted to the role of a Marketing Manager. Natalya’s background includes marketing, advertising and public relations experience in the cardiology device and medical digital imaging industries, working with both non-profit and for-profit companies in the United States and in Western Europe. In her present position, Natalya is managing all marketing, advertising and public relations activities of the organization. She holds a BA in Communications and Business.
Erin Fallon joined Resource Partnership as an Employment Specialist in October of 2006. Erin’s professional background includes human resource management, recruitment and retention, as well as training and employee relations. Erin has also worked within the human resources arena for over ten years, specifically working with adults of varying developmental, psychological, and physical disabilities. Within that time, she coordinated community based educational, social, and vocational programs, as well as provided diversity training, specifically focusing on inclusion of adults with disabilities, to the community at large,. Erin holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts. She is currently located at JobNet in Boston providing Career Development and Job Placement services.
