The Resource Partnership facilities three Business Leadership Network Chapters or BLN's in the Massachusetts' area. Each BLN, led by a Resource Partnership Staffing Specialist, provides regular and ongoing educational and networking opportunities, and consists of leading companies, community organizations, and rehabilitation agencies.
RP/BLN Members share strategies, success stories, and employment practices, and discuss questions and concerns with the goal to educate and promote the employment of people with disabilities.
The Central Mass. BLN chapter operates out of the Worcester area and includes representatives from Allmerica Financial, Bay State Savings Bank, Fallon, GKN Sinter Metals, It's Your Call!, Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance, Monster, Olsten Staffing, Saint Vincent's Hospital, University of Massachusetts Medical School, UnumProvident, and Workforce Central.
The Greater Boston BLN chapter includes representatives from the Museum of Science, Olsten Staffing, Suffolk University, Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services, Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, Middlesex Community College, Plexus Corporation, and the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.
The Western Mass. BLN chapter located in Holyoke, is new and seeking members.
