Employee Recruitment

  • Identification of reasonable accommodations and essential job functions
  • Evaluation of workplace accessibility to maximize technology and facilities

Employee Retention

We assist companies to manage and retain current employees with disabilities. In particular we provide:

  • Employee counseling for career transitions and outplacement
  • Determination of reasonable accommodations by performing evaluations
  • Return-to-work planning of both occupational and non-occupational disabilities

Employee Outplacement

Resource Partnership provides outplacement services for employees with disabilities on-site as well as in coordination with other outplacement firms. In particular we can assist with:

  • Skills assessment
  • Resume development and employment counseling
  • Job referral and placement

The American with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Understanding of and compliance with the ADA can help you fully integrate employees with disabilities into your work force. The ADA helps strengthen your relationships with all employees and improves your bottom line.

The ADA is a complicated law. You may need help clarifying your responsibilities or you may have specific questions about compliance.
