In Massachusetts, the Resource Partnership and Monster co-lead the Business Leadership Network or MassBLN, in association with the Massachusetts Governor's Commission on Employment of People with Disabilities. Through innovative, business-friendly programs and services, the MassBLN strives to make it easier for companies to employ people with disabilities and access the information and resources needed to be successful.
The Massachusetts Governor's Commission on Employment of People with Disabilities selected the Resource Partnership to develop and implement the Business Leadership Network (BLN) in Massachusetts. A national business-led initiative of the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the BLN provides a forum for business-to-business communication on a wide range of disability employment topics and emerging issues.
