In Massachusetts, Resource Partnership works with individuals with all types of disabilities in conducting a job search, advancing in employment, connecting to employers, and preparing for successful employment.

We offer:

  • Assessment of current skills
  • Resume and reference development
  • Interview preparation and job seeking skills training
  • Arrangement for informational interviews
  • Provision of up-to-date labor market and job information
  • Direct referral to employers
  • Employment counseling

Ticket To Work

Resource Partnerhsip is an Employment Network under Social Security's Ticket To Work program. In 2006, Resource Partnership was highlighted in the Social Security's Administration Promising Practices.

If you reside in Massachusetts and would like more information about our Job Placement and Ticket to Work programs, please review our Eligibility Determination Guidelines.
