Barbara Lee brings a wealth of experience to her role of CWIC . Barbara’s background includes fifteen years of experience working for a human services organization providing a variety of functions such as information and referral, and conference planning and execution. Barbara is currently delivering services to individuals with disabilities in Southern Worcester county.

Brian Forsythe's background includes over 20 years of experience in special education and vocational rehabilitation. He is a certified Cornell University Benefits Specialist, licensed Rehabilitation Counselor and certified Tilting at Windmills Trainer. Brian also specializes in accessibility and accommodation assessments (buildings, property and workspaces) for both new hires and current employees. Brian has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lowell in Psychology.  He currently provides services for individuals with disabilities in Northern Middlesex and Worcester counties.

David Silva is Bilingual CWIC, located at CareerPoint in Holyoke, serving individuals with disabilities in Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire and Berkshire counties. David holds an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration and has over ten years of experience in the field of human services.
