Barbara Lee brings a wealth of experience to her role as Employment Specialist at Resource Partnership, a position she has held since November 2004. In addition to job placement of people with disabilities, Barbara’s background includes fifteen years of experience working for a human services organization providing a variety of functions such as information and referral, and conference planning and execution. Barbara is currently delivering job placement assistance services to individuals with disabilities in the MetroWest area.

Brian Forsythe has been with the Resource Partnership since 1990, having served as both a Placement and Benefits Specialist in the Northeast and Central regions of the state. Brian's background includes over 20 years of experience in special education and vocational rehabilitation. He is a certified Cornell University Benefits Specialist, licensed Rehabilitation Counselor and certified Tilting at Windmills Trainer. Brian also specializes in accessibility and accommodation assessments (buildings, property and workspaces) for both new hires and current employees. Brian has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lowell in Psychology.

David Silva is Bilingual Employment and Benefits Specialist since 2004, located at CareerPoint in Holyoke, serving primarily Spanish speaking individuals with disabilities in Holyoke, Springfield and surrounding communities. David holds an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration and has over ten years of experience in the field of human services.
