Our interactive, customized training program includes group exercises, lively discussions, practical resources, and plenty of time for questions and answers. Staff at every level of your organization will benefit from this program, from managers who supervise employees with disabilities to associates who provide service to customers with disabilities.

As a result of this training, participants will:
